The new groups are set!  Thanks for nightwulf for editing up the php and database changes needed.  A little problems with my extra groups mod, but it all seems solid now.  The groups:

1-49 - Santana
50-99 - Gladden
100-199  - Walling
200-399 -  McGee
400-699 - Whitaker
700-999 - Gaetti
1000-1499 - Davis
1500-1999 - Rice
2000+  - Jackson
