Watching the SC/GE game now... great choice of music XD

Also, as to UL/AB... that was all screwed up. Errors galore, misplayed balls, 2 out error leading to a half dozen runs...

Incredible game, your game.

Things are shaping up for some real drama in the second half of the season.

We had our chances to put it away early. Fernando's cheap hit changed the course of the game. Fuckin two out cheap pitcher hits...

Oh well, I'll take the split with the Cunts I guess. We should have destroyed them. WTF has happened to my pitching? My bullpen was a disaster. I'm pleased with Gibson.

We just need to focus on our league now. We have 5 league games in the next six matches.

This just in... Pabst Blue Ribbons did not get mercy ruled...

Seems that you guys are afraid to win. Though the team does look a little better with Dykstra in the lineup. The Empire will miss Dykstra's enthusiasm.

Lopes and Strawberry killed us...sheesh. It was a great game. Knight hitting into a double play in the bottom of the 8th just killed our rally. The Cunts are pretty solid. Should be interesting down the stretch in both leagues. The OC has come on really strong lately. Reggie has been tearing it up, and Key is having a huge year. The Badasses are solid..McGwire never seems to get out, and the Cutlers are right there. I guess the Cutlers won't win much if they don't score over 15 runs...but Baylor and Nokes are just killin em.

The Unholy Legions of Doom scare me. I don't like pitching to Dawson,Carter, and Schmidt in the top of the order. Hard to imagine that Schmidt was the last pick in the second round. Should be a tough game when the Empire visits the Legions.
Chocolate Rain has gotten into a funk. They have power, but their pitching is so-so and they have low contact hitters....meaning they can just stink it up or tear it up....nothing in between.
Looks like the Rebel Alliance is right back in it. Re-Peat's juggling of the line-up did wonders. Bell is on fire btw...
The Fighting Artichokes are pretty tough. If DaEvans and Bruno and Lindeman all hit bombs, they can score runs fast. Lake and Lmbrdzi somehow find ways to get on base, and if Gladden has a big day, they are tough...especially with Gooden nursing a lead. I guess MScott is not bad. The Artichokes have a good pitching staff.
The Blue Ribbons should be tougher down the stretch. I ran some sim games to see how their new line-up looks, and they won some games. I don't think the Blue Ribbons will be an easy win in the second half of the season.

In any case, awesome year so far. I still can't believe we blew like 3 different leads to the Cunts...

Recaps and boxscores will start coming in a couple of hours.

Week 13 to begin tomorrow.

Strawberry has career night in Cunts shootout victory

IMPERIAL CENTER (AP) - Strwby, one of the most feared sluggers in the game who is known for his prodigious home runs and his intimidating presence in the batter's box with his 6-foot-6 frame, belted 4 HR's to lead the Sally Cunts 27-24 over the Empire in a showdown of first place teams.

Straw's incredible evening was one for the ages. The 6-foot-6 slugger was perfect at the plate as he went 7-7 and had 9 RBI's and crossed the plate 5 times.

The Sally Cunts came back three times from deficits of 10-2, 14-7, and 23-22. And this coming off the top ranked pitching staff in the league.

Down 23-22 in the 9th inning, Straw hit a two run oppo shot to put the Sally Cunts ahead for good, 24-23. The Cunts added 2 more runs and DSmith came in the ninth to shut down the Empire and pick up the win in his scoreless inning of work.

"Apparently Straw is very well hung, I have not seen a performance like that since FRBI WS IV when Bell lit us up with 5 jacks. Straw was dialed in" said manager Dårky.

Records - Sally Cunts (8-4) (5-2), Galactic Empire (8-4) (5-1)

Mark Davidson delivers pinch hit heroic shot

DEE NEE (AP) - With the Badasses down 15-13 with two runners on in the bottom of the 8th, Davdsn was called on to pinch hit. The third reserve on the bench turned on a Robnsn fastball up in the zone to put the Badasses up 16-15 as the 82,000 spectators went bezzark at Doc Ellis Magic Mushroom Park.

The score would stay that way as Bedrsn came in to earn the save and seal the win for the Awesome Badasses who remain one game behind the Sally Cunts in the Gantry League.

The Unholy Legions of Doom were up 11-5 in the sixth inning, but their pitching failed to hold the lead once again. Schmidt hit his league leading 14th HR in the losing effort.

Two inside the park HR's were hit by the Badasses as the result of the ball ricocheting off the fence two separate times. A first in FRBI play.

The Badass bullpen played an integral role in their victory. The two side-armers, Keffld and Bedrsn allowed a combined two hits and one K and no runs in their impressive work out of the pen.

Records- Awesome Badasses (7-5) (5-2), Unholy Legions of Doom (6-6) (4-3)

Clemens, Bell, Leonard power Alliance past Cutlers

CHICAGO (AP) - Roger Clemens pitched 5 marvelous innings and silenced the top offense in the league. JBell and JLeonard each hit a pair of shots and helped the Rebel Alliance pull away from the Fighting Cutlers 15-10 at Soldier Field.

With the score even at seven after 4 innings of play, the Alliance outscored (8-3) and outhit (15-8) the league's premier hitting attack.

Witt, who was acquired in a trade, made his first start for the Alliance and managed to avoid an onslaught of bombs by the Cutlers who lead the league in HR's. Witt had a decent performance and kept his new team in the game.

The real story was Clemens mastery over the Cutlers. Clemens was down in the zone all day as he got hitters to chase his pitches. Clemens scattered 8 hits and surrendered only 3 runs as he went the distance after the 4th and picked up the win.

JBell now has 14 HR's for the year which ties him up with Schmidt for the league lead at 14.

Records - Rebel Alliance (6-6) (4-4), Fighting Cutlers (6-6) (2-5)

When the Rocket juices before a game, look out...

I'm happy to see Witt fitting in nicely.  Alexander's cunty butt would have easily given up 5213 homeruns in the first inning, even to the pitcher.

Doc Gooden's performance exceeds hype

FORT DODGE (AP)- Despite Dr. K's historic drug and alcohol abuse bouts, he continues to maintain his status and feed the hype as arguably the best pitcher in FRBI.
Gooden pitched 4 dominating innings as he allowed only 6 hits and gave up no runs and got the win in the Artichokes 16-6 mercy rule win over Chocolate Rain.

The first four innings was a tight one. Chocolate Rain took a 6-5 lead going into the 5th inning, the inning when a pitching change is usually made for both teams in a tight ball game.

From the first pitch that Gooden threw in his relief appearance, it was apparent that he brought his good stuff. On the other hand Blylvn gave up 5 runs in the 5th which turned out to be more than enough for the Fighting Artichokes as Gooden blanked Chocolate Rain. Chili Davis hit a 3 run blast that dented the scoreboard and seemed to inspire and mount confidence for the last place Artichokes.

Brnsky hit a pair of shots and notched 4 RBI's while CDavis went 5-5 at the plate with a homer, two doubles and 3 RBI's. Lake's 8th inning HR ended the game due to the mercy rule in the 8th. The victory by the Artichokes was their first mercy rule victory this year.

Records- Fighting Artichokes (5-7) (2-6), Chocolate Rain (5-7) (4-5)

OC cruise to victory

ARKANSAS (AP)- Rick Sutcliffe was impressive in pitching a complete game and the OC got a lot of offense to cruise by the Pabst Blue Ribbons 18-10 in a Gantry League contest.

Sutclf gave up only 5 runs through 8 innings. The vet gave up 5 more in the ninth innings as he was clearly laboring, but manager TBG elected to send him out in the ninth to give the other pitchers a rest.

The OC pick up a game on the Fighting Cutlers for the third and final playoff spot.
The Pabst Blue Ribbons' losing streak reaches a FRBI record 5 consecutive games.

Dave Henderson led the OC offense with 4 RBI's, 1 HR, and 3 2B's as he finished the day 4-6 at the plate.

DwEvans hit a pair of shots to give him a share of the lead in HR's with Schmidt and Bell at 14.

Records - OC of the Central Coast (7-5) (5-4), Pabst Blue Ribbons (2-10) (2-7)
