I have looked over this forum looking for some information about being able to load an edited version of a RBI NES File to a personal website to where people could play the  new version of the game itself on my website, however I have not found any information. If this topic has been discussed could someone please link me to the thread or if someone knows how to make this possible please hit me up with some information. Basically what I'm asking is how can someone add a NES file to a website and make it playable? Thanks.

I think you'd need to find some sort of emulator that you could embed in a webpage.  I'm not sure whether one of those exists, or what it would take to make one.  My guess is that the best you could do would be to make the ROM and an emulator available for download; your visitors would have to download and run them, though, not play them directly on the website.

You could try NESCafe, but I wasn't too thrilled with it.
