Tecmo Super Bowl SNES

Not sure if there is a difference in team quality for the SNES but can I get a poll of your top 5 teams for Tecmo Super Bowl for SNES?  I believe it is called Tecmo Super Bowl III actually.

There were both Tecmo Super Bowl and Tecmo Super Bowl III for the SNES, actually - the original was basically just an update of the NES version.

I haven't played either of them enough to have an educated opinion on the teams.

i have TSB 3: Final Edition for Genesis...it is an abomination when compared to the original TSB games (I think the genesis version is the best)

This doesn't help, genesis is the wrong platform and I have a hard time believing the genesis version of TSB:  Final Edition is an adomination since the SNES is a solid game.  I mean, it's not as bad as Joe Montana's football.

does not compute.  "not as bad as joe montana football" does not a solid game make.  TSB Final Edition is what i imagine it would be like if some other video game company in the mid 90s tried their damndest to copy the original TSB.  it has more features and "better" graphics but it is nowhere near the same.  and i am pretty sure that the SNES and Genesis versions of all the TSB series were pretty much identical to one another.

regardless, you're not going to find many people, if anyone at all, on these forums that gives a rat's ass about any Tecmo football game after TSB.  take it to knobbe.org and you may have some success, although I think that over there it is also generally agreed that the TSB sequels are inferior.
