so i got in some 2-player rbi tonight.

really disappointed in my rbi crew of chad and brian.  the 2 guys that can really bring it have failed to get me any games in here the last couple weeks, since i got into the tourney.   .....brians wife just had a baby a week ago so things have probably been hectic on his part though.  chad on the other hand works some odd hours, and hes also married with a kid, so its not really thier fault just didnt work out to get together.

however the other guy we play against who's not as good as chad, brian and I, managed to get over.  creamed jeff by about 7-8 runs per contest.  he understands the basics of the game, but just dont execute.  he just has some severe mental lapses in games that almost always cost him dearly, and also suffers from an occasional defensive lapse.  practice is practice i guess, even if it wasnt among the elite in our little circle here.

That is one dedicated RBI player.  Miffed that the birth of his friend's child has impeded upon his RBI time.

Don't back down, Tecmo.  Make sure to tear that man away from his family as much as possible so that your RBI fix is satiated.

who said anything about friends, these guys are very cool and i went to school with them, but thier just more like rbi associates 

if they were my actual friends and thier so-called families got in the way of me playing...oh say.....i dunno...tecmo bowl?  then i'd probably have to burn thier houses down.  but since its just rbi, and we're merely some guys who play on occasion thats a whole different story.
