Okay, I'll sign up.  Ady told me about this league awhile ago and I meant to sign up, but just never did.

I clicked on the link that Shitpaw provided above, but I don't see where I can register.

In that sidebar on the left -- at the top, click on "FREE SIGNUP."  

Once you sign up you can participate in tournaments.  To see if there are any tournaments going on, check out the bottom of the main page "Tournament Calendar"

You can also just play people at random, and it goes into your stats somehow.  All I know is that I got one-hit today and I haven't scored a run in 2 games, so I'll become a popular person to challenge.
