Once again, I need help playing online

Sorry everyone but I downloaded exactly what you guys told me to and I'm still not getting online. I need to unzip it everytime with winzip, that can't be right. Then when I do get to the start page, I cant get a game going. I have a regular pc video game controller (looks like the old nintendo game pad) do I need a certain controller to play. Please let me know exactly what I need to download and what site is the best to play online. Thanks for the time everyone.

What emulator?

You have to actually open the rom, if you unzip it, make sure it has a .nes thing next to the filename, and just go and open it.

I don't really understand your problem with getting online, you can't 'get online' until you at least load the rom, then there should an option for some sort of "network play", use that.
