newbie - I have a question

First, I have to say that I really enjoy playing the game.

This is my situation, my hardisk crashed so I lost everthing.

When I play RBI on mame, I'm unable to "pause" the came so I can make change in my line up.
Prior to hardisk crashing, I have resolved the issue by running RBI with an older Mame version, I have tried that and I'm still unable to pause the game.

Any ideas ?

peeing on your PC should fix it.

Also, getting FCE ultra and downloading some of the kick ass roms is another way.

What button are you trying to use to pause?  I think you have to use the Player 1 Start button (1 is the default) to pause, unless you changed around your control scheme for RBI.
