Changing the number of innings?

This may sound blasphemous, but I'm thinking that if it's possible to change the PH boost and the slaughter rule in RBI ROMs, is it possible to change the number of innings in a regulation RBI game? Where does the ROM keep the length of a baseball game on it? :-)
