The season is winding down, but expect to slow down also as I start my duties a Season IV statistician, but I'm not too worried about the pace of this league as I think only 3 of the 8 players are actually following their teams and all 3 have teams in the other league.

It was 10-10 in the bottom of the 5th when Octo scored 11 runs over the next 3 innings and got solid relief from Saberhagen to pull ahead 21-10 and held on when Sabes gave up some tired runs in the 9th.

Attez 30 Other 29

Attez continues to pull games out in every way possible.  Trailing 21-13 after 4 due to Ron Guidry getting rocked, Attez got 3 scoreless innings from Joe Niekro and pulled to within 21-20 after 7.  After Other got 2 in the top of the 8th, Attez crush Lew Burdette for 9 in the bottom of the 8th seeming to put the game away with a 29-23 lead, but Whitey Ford gave up 6 in the 9th capped off by a 2 run single from Rogers Hornsby to tie the game at 29.  In the bottom of the 9th however Campanella hit a lead off HR off Todd Worrell to win the game.

Attez's bench is insane, Lemon and Maldanado are a combined 19/22 with 10 HRs and 17 RBIs on the season

My team never gives up.

It seems like the first four innings of every game make me lose all hope, then my boys come on strong when it counts the most.

Ult had a nice lead most of the way but Bonny cut it to 16-13 in the top of the 8th before Ult tacked on 8 in the bottom of the 8th to put it away.  DawsonARC hit 4 HRs for Ult.

Nomaa 31 TBT 16 (8 inn)

Having finally pulled ahead at 13-10 scoring 6 in the bottom of the 6th, it was looking good for TBT, but Tudor gave up 5 in the 7th as Nomaa regained the lead, and then it was a horrible 8th for Charlie Kerfeld as he couldn't retire anyone and Nomaa blew the game open scoring 16 runs, which I belive is a league record.

At this points there is almost no way that the winner of the final week Ult/Octo game doesn't win the Dee division.  

For the Nee Division Attez needs a win or a TBT loss to clinch the division, but if neither happen then the Attez/TBT game in week 20 would also decide that division.
