Burks Leadoff- I just haven't seen any production from Nicolette Sheridan.  She doesn't seem to have the wherewithal to succeed at this level.

Interesting that you and Blyleven No No both take out Nokes.  I see him as having a ton o' power.  Maybe I am fooled by his inflated numbers, but I, like Stump Merrill, stick with Matty No Nokes.

I agree, the mets bench is pretty solid, their numbers don't show it, but they can mash.  Heep and Teufel are regularly my 6 and 8 holes respectively, and HoJo poses as my ace in the hole when Mookie isn't producin', Mazzili is also a force to be reckoned with, I normally hit him for the pitcher late in the game

it's nice to see someone else believes in the Amazin' Mets!
I hope he rests in peace, the trouble is the fellow owes me forty bucks"

I like Bergman over Sheridan, and I think Heath is extremely underrrated.  Although I was the Tigers in the first annual New York RBI Tournament and was bounced in the semifinals

Hey (Former) Big Apple RBI Champ, did we ever bring to the forum the controversial victory you had over my Houston team in the bottom of the 11th???

the mets are hit or miss...they have their moments where the ball flies out of the yard and then there are games where they are playing in the dead ball era.
