HELP?

I have 2 problems to try and solve, the first is when I connect with someone we are playing in 2 different games. The secon problem is we both get on same screen sometimes and player 1 vcan move but player 2 can't. We configed and still nothing, whoever is the 2nd player can't move, can anyone help us out, ty.
