What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to get the online Rom working, but I can't get the network settings to set up correctly. I am playing the FCUltra or whatever it is with the Nightwulf ROM suggested on the site. When I go to set up the network and press connect it says the program is not responding. Help a brotha out!
