I know I'm not liked much here.. but I have to ask this..

I am on a college campus running off the LAN here, and it won't let me connect to FCE Ultra.  I've been told the servers are up, so that isn't it.  I think the campus has gaming blocked somehow??

A lot of campuses also block file sharing and the like. I'm not technical by any means, but I'm fairly confident this is the same thing blocking you from playing online.

There are, of course, ways around it, but I have no idea how

Yea, I have to dl music from Ares, b/c Limewire and Morpheus are blocked.
