i am definitely enjoying myself, but why would you say that 19 is the best?

Not sure why.  It was just a good time for me.  I was a sophomore in college, didn't have to take classes seriously yet, I studied abroad that year (and you should too), smoked lots of pot (still do, I guess), etc.  Not that I can really complain about my twenties so far, either.

i overload on classes since i have two majors and work, but it's at a recording studio so i can't really complain. smoke every day. mack on cuties (which i'm about to go do now) and i can't really complain. i'm going to make it an effort to make every year of my existence alive the best year i've ever had.

Good plan.  Honestly, that's been my experience.  Every year is typically better than the last.  BUT, take advantage of the few years you have where you are old enough to not be a kid, but not old enough to have any real responsibility.
