So far, nobody has talked of a forfeiture of games, and nomaaa appears to be easy about it. It really does not matter to me. Franco and Gladden do seem like a push.

Right now the decision is to not do anything but change the lineup. The Artichokes record remains as it is.

If there are any objections, you have 2 days to make an appeal.

Are you appealing all their wins? Nobody else has an issue thus far.

However, you may appeal your loss to the Artichokes and request the game be replayed.

A vote would have to take place for this to occur. At least three FRBI V members have to vote in order for the vote to come to the Senate. The more FRBI V members who vote, the better of course.

If Ultimate specifies he wants this, then the vote would go 3-0. I'd vote to allow the game to be replayed.

I'm also considering putting up the game that I lost to the Artichokes in week 15 to protest in order to be replayed. Attez submitted a faulty line-up from the get go and the league is weak on quality support since I am running everything. I shall sit on it and decide tomorrow.

I have no issues with my loss. I'm not going to protest the game in which I lost to the Artichokes. We could have very well lost that game with Franco in there. Franco and Gladden are not really difference makers. They both are bottom tier players.

Ultimate has not said anything yet in particular about his loss to the Artichokes, but he did post that he thinks all the games that the Artichokes won should be forfeited or replayed without really stating a case as to why. Until that is done, forfeiture of Artichoke games will not happen. And replaying all the games they won is very unlikely to happen. If he does raise an issue, there will be a vote. From the tune in this thread, it sounds like the majority wants to just move on.


If Ultimate does protest his loss to the Artichokes and wants a replay, then I can see maybe TBG, Alec, nomaa, Nacho/Mike D protesting their losses to the Artichokes as well. That would be a headache for me and the league.

I think the best thing to do is continue on and not replay any games. The Artichokes did lose last night with Franco in the line-up. He had two hits, prolly what Gladden would have had.

This is the final day for anyone to officially appeal. The case closes midnight today, dee nee time.
