The series of New York Vs New York

I was the Mets and TSB GOD the hated Yankees.

In game one the Pitching match up was Hughes of Yanks vs Santana of Mets. Game was tight throughout, but it was the Yankees lack of hitting and bullpen which broke down in the end. The only run coming from Mets on a deep bomb for the win. Mets would  punch out 23 Yankees in all as Yankees would hit a horrible .054 in game. Not going win a game hitting like that.

In game two it was pretty much almost a blow out as CC was on fire. He was un hittable throughout game and gave Mets fits all game long. Both teams hit horribly as Yankees hit once again below the Mendoza line at a .129 clip. CC pitching was the difference here.


In game three the final of series the starters from game one would once again pitch versus each other. Santana would once again pitch a gem and the bullpen would step up once again keeping the Yankees frustrated all game long. Mets pitching in this game would go on to K 22 as Yankees hit .100.

Overall the Yankees made a couple mistakes which cost them the series. One being CC probably should have started games one and three. The big thing was the overall hitting. Yankees batting average in series was .092
Really tough to win games when you don't hit at all.

Thanks for getting your game in fellas. Two the ones who get defeated, well do more tourneys on a regular basis Nd have a better setup for seeding. I appreciate your patience with the "seeding."
