i dunno, i've thought about it. i'm not really against them by nature, tho ive never made one.

i'm not gonna say there's no trades, but perhaps we'll have them up to a vote before they go thru — 5 "nay" votes will be sufficient for a ruling

I texted Stu last night and he replied positively.  Just called him but he didn't pick up.  My ability to contact him for the rest of the day will be limited.  If he still hasn't picked by 5 when I get done with work, I will hit him up again.  I assume he just needs to get back into the loop
