I have this feeling that GDavis is a player similar to me, very good 1 SP but not at the elite level  for 2 SP, played 1 SP all his life and won't be able to fully adjust to 2 SP.

I've played 2 SP for most of my life.  Only time I do 1 SP is when I play the NYC tourney's because Bly, Big Apple, etc... play 1 SP.

Here ya go Ultimate, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to having two starters, I guess I just gotta hope every game goes to extra innings and I can wear down my opponent's pitchers.

We should change the format to two games back to back and aggregate score instead of just one game.

I am completely comfortable in either 1 SP or 2 SP...we've played strictly 1 SP for the first 15 years of our RBI life...then, Beales comes along with the 2 SP COTUT and we practice like hell with 2 SP and now we can play both equally well.

us fort dodgers, only use 1SP, but whats the concensus strategy for 2 SP? 

do you start out with the 2 guys from the pen, then move onto the starters for those games that go lots of extra innings.  Id think youd wanna be able to get the most possible innings outta the work horses by bringing them in late should the game go long.

other than who to start, any other factors to think about?

Rule question:

For each series, eight teams will be considered eligible for game play, leaving two teams as ineligible. The two participants can choose to negotiate which two teams will be considered ineligible for their series.

Is this just a fancy way of saying "No All-Star teams"?

No, I think the participants have to agree on which 2 teams to not use, so could be AL and NL or could be NL and Hou, or really and combination of 2 teams, I won't list them all here.

and if you want we can play anything goes, or have a few modfied rules.....either way is fine.
