Okay, that was amazing musicianship, but it really sounds way better than the actual RBI theme.  If he realeased it as his own song, he couldn't be sued, because its pretty much unrecognizable, except for  a few key high accents.

However the title Theme Music from Nintendo's RBI Baseball by Tengen might give it away
