Good move by the Cubs.  Maybe he can teach them the art of the lead off out of the screen homer.

The Raiders are a successful organization

I'd rather have Trammell.

After reading some of sandberg's yahoo columns last year, I'm not so sure I want him coaching the cubs --- especially in a role such a manager or bench coach.

Good to see Tram-Dog back in the bigs, and hopefully after a few years he'll get another shot as a manager...he wasn't that bad in Detroit...he just had some bad luck there.  And the more RBIers as managers, the better MLB is.
2006 Detroit Tigers...best team ever?

RedBarron

if he sticks with Lou, he might be the manager in 3 years.

Trammell finished 5th in Manager of the Year voting in 2003.

there are also folks complaining about the lack of Bobby Grich, Dwight Evans, and Willie Randolph.

Big Hath

i thought about that but I think it works better with consecutive numbers
