Jose Canseco had "Juiced." Now his ex-wife, Jessica, who met the slugger when she was 19 and working at a Hooters in Cleveland, has a book due out in September--"Juicy: Confessions of a Former Baseball Wife"--and graces the cover of Playboy, set to hit newsstands Friday. Among the revelations she shared with "Entertainment Tonight" was the day she found his "little black book" containing the numbers of sex partners, organized by hair color. "He couldn't remember; there were too many girls: brunette from Detroit, blond with two kids--this means there's a lot of women," she told ET. Even her arranging a threesome with another woman couldn't save the marriage. She said Canseco's steroid use caused his body to break down, telling Playboy that his testicles had shrunk. "Jose's were non-existent. They're not there. It wasn't until we separated and I dated that I realized it." He left that part out of his book.
