anyone ever notice that if you drop a deuce on someones windshield in sub-freezing temperatures, its pretty damn hard to get off once it freezes.

after reading the whole thread, i have come to the conclusion that the artichokes forfeit all of their wins to make sure the season doesn't become a sham. to make up for the mix up, however, all of his losses should be made into wins, to be sure that he isn't completely fucked. as part 3 of my decree, the galactic empire will forfeit all of their wins, as well as their losses, to assure the rest of the league nothing fishy was going on.

Congrats Nomaaa.  Dee-Nee's new Sandwich King.

Here's the final ruling and a vote is required to put the ruling in action. My decision is based upon the technicality of it all and the best solution I can come with, is that in the event that the Artichokes are up by one game over the Chocolate Rain at the end of the season, that there be a one game playoff to decide the 3rd and final playoff spot.

The Chocolate Rain won the season series 2-1 over the Fighting Artichokes. So a tie between the two teams at the end of the season would result in the Chocolate Rain winning the tiebreaker based on head-to-head. Should the Artichokes finish the season 2 games ahead of the Chocolate Rain, then there shall be no special one-game playoff.

Vote

Yes- one game playoff in the event that the Artichokes are up one game on the Chocolate Rain at the end of the season

No

A vote is required by each owner and co-owner.

I vote yes to the possible proposed 1 game playoff.

I think that's as good a solution as any other.

Wait, why aren't we using a potato sack race to settle this?

And yes, that's fine.

I vote yes as well and that makes 7 votes in favor of the 'yes scenario' which is clearly a majority vote.

The ruling is now in effect and final.

Somewhere, Attez is furiously sweating.

I don't fucking give a shit about my former team, I love this stuff and only read any of these threads when it's clear that you're fucking up as always.

This is exactly the reason I wanted to get out of the league.

Darky

Sure guy...grow up already. You got out of the league because you thought your team would suck with the current and default pitching rotation. You second guessed yourself and wanted to administer the rules and made threats. Childish behaviour/behavior.

I'm running the most exciting league ever. More games in a short amount of time. No mistakes really that have caused resentment or have compromised the integrity of the league. FRBI has gone youtube and there is a commissioner who is passionate about the league and who looks out for the best interest for the league.

Mistakes have been resolved through communication with the other owners.
