Family Stadium on NES

I just received the first one I got today....I can't wait to go play...I still need to get FS 87 though but I have the other 2...

Well just an update...cracked open the game put in my Family Stadium (the original one)....played a couple games...Damn fun stuff

I hit a few homers but none of them made it out of the park and went sooooo slow. It's kinda crazy, I need to check the stats online and see if there's any teams with some decent power. The pitching is by far the most fun, The starters I played with/against were all pretty average so far...I did use one guy who was my 2nd starter on team L I believe....he has nasty stuff curve one way and back on the same pitch even with a fastball. All the relief pitchers are nasty and the left handed sidearmers drive me insane...heh....

Just to check, did you actually have to open up your FS cart to play the game?

well I wondered that myself...if you stick the cart on the converter than push it in, you'll never get the Famicom cart in cuz it's in too far and if you do get it out the converter wont come with cuz it's 2 pieces by itself

I took the top my NES at first and then I ended up breaking down and popping hte fami carts open and tossing the board inside my Stack Up NES casing and screwing it back so my FS is in my Stack Up cart...it's too much of a pain to leave the nes open and switch um around, I'll just get a couple converters since I dont really like 88 much anyways
