Gantry or Nightwulf FCEU

        Ok, im not good with computers. But i have the FCEU and all the RBI roms. When i load my fceu the box is small on my screen. I used to be ableto hit F4 to make the screen big to play but now when i do it the screen is just black for like 5 seconds and the FCEU box just goes back to the tool bar at the bottom of the screen. I know i probably have to ajust something on my computer...would u know how to do this or what i am doing wrong? By the way, wanted to tell Nightwulf that your RBI editor is phenomenal. I cant believe the little things people complain about. Great job.

Try Alt-Enter to go to full screen...

   Alt plus enter did not work. It has to be something with my configurations that is not allowing the game to come up after i hit f4. Something is too big for the screen or something i dont know

I'm guessing that your video card (and/or current drivers) can't handle whatever mode FCEU is using for full screen. You'd really have to be running on old video hardware though, try updating the drivers perhaps?

Failing that, check out the video options at Config -> Video. Try different modes in the "Video Mode" drop-down list.

Config-> Video Size Multiplier - You can't make it fulls screen with that - but if it works in a windowed mode, make it as big as your screen can handle.

Also I would suggest getting the latest video & sound drivers for your PC & the latest DirectX (not sure if FCEU uses it, but it can't hurt). DX 9.0C is out.

Thanks Gantry. Sorry I haven't been around much, but I do take the time to try & play catchup every once in a blue moon. Unfortunately they've cut off all game playing at work, so it's been awhile since I played RBI.

I've just been putting a lot of work into my blog. When not obsessing over that I've been working on making an updated rom for Madden 92. I do have a working versions of those rom hackers (M92 & NHL94), but nothing that I want to make official.

It looks like you guys are getting more & more traffic in the past few weeks. That's great, this is certainly one of the best message boards around. BTW I might be making a trip into Chicago in November (wife conference), so I will try to make a day to come around & try my skills head 2 head with some of the world's best. :-)
