Why are you using fce 98.10

In your str8 pitch league.  Why?  You can't set the timing, which actually prevents lag.  I'm just curious.

What version do you recomend?  There is a version 98.12 out there but does not seem to work with Network Play.

What exactly do you mean by this?  I haven't looked at most of the new features...

But what Stock said - the newer versions of FCEU have issues with network play.  I really should learn C++ and figure out what is going on...
