hey rbi-heads, i havent posted here in about a year and half (i havent been playing RBI baseball in such a long time...techmo's nba bball game has replaced it, i prolly will get back sluggin once nba season ends). anyways i thought i'd bring up steve lake. i have no reason to bring him up until i was selling his game worn jersey on ebay, and i was doing some research and i couldnt find a picture of him, so i have always wondered if he was BLACK? he was born in the wood (inglewood, california) so i assumed he wasn't white, so can anyone help me out here? i know it doesnt really matter but it was bugging me for the longest time. i was suprised to see him in a video game, i would of loved to see pagnozzi on RBI instead but oh well, Lake's career (beside '87) wouldnt get him on any video game so i guess he can pop in NES and play with his kids and be like "yea, thats me, that short fat dude with the stubby legs".

RBI isn't just a game, it's a lifestyle...

Pretty funny he was born in Inglewood, you don't get much whiter than Steve Lake....

Tom Pagnozzi is a great call, he's make a solid RBI'er.  I bet he's in part 2 or 3...

I remember Lake when he was backup catcher to Daulton for the Phillies. He was the shittiest hitter, but had a gun and was an overall good defensive player.
