Gantry

Though we never wrote this one down, it is likely the record throughout the years:

Most Consecutive innings with at least one run  - 24 by Gantry on 4/28/2005

Played two straight 9-inning victories with Detroit, then a 4-inning slaugher with Boston, then two more innings with Detroit before finally going cold.  Could have kept going to, I started the inning with Gibson when I finally got shutout.  It has been added to the Records Page, Dee-Nee!

Shake it off buddy, consider it worthwhile training for the tourney.  And it wasn't really anything you did, I was just on fire.  Beat Lipitz and Sperling pretty easily as well after that, before Sperling finally took me down in the last game...

6-1 or 7-1 yesterday, I'm ready for the tourney...

GDavis

Gantry, if I matchup with you I guarantee you will not score a run.

Gantry/Vit,

Was this "straight pitch"?
This is quite an impressive record if it was "anything goes".  I don't know if anyone has ever scored more than a half dozen runs against me in a game of "anything goes".

I said it once and I'll say it again - stock is smart

Yeah, straight pitch.  All I can do is pitch the ball.  Since I can't jump the fence I'm helpless after that.  But one game Gantry scored 25 runs with 21 HR's.  Detroit is pretty good.

This is why I love straight pitch.  I love games where HRs are prevalent.
If I want to get involved in a 1-0 (9 inning) affair, then I will hook up the playstation.
RBI was meant for home runs, not strikeouts.
