Normally I don't care about this ROM stuff.  I tried playing on my PC vs the computer and vs other people online, and it was a poor recreation of the classic game.

Also normally i try to stay away from petty online arguments.  But when Clyon Instant Messages me and starts to bitch at me for not having an internet connection at my apartment, and now throws a hissy fit on the forum, I've come to the conclusion that he is a foolish boob.

Gantry, any chance of creating a seperate ROM forum?  Some of us are more interested in discussing the classic NES version, and don't care about these crappy ROM knock-offs.

I know that you weren't directing the question at me GDavis, but I was just going to add that I think that their is a seperate forum about ROM's on clyon's portion of RBI Central.  Gantry has already provided a spot for other RBI stuff.   I know that Gantry has posted a link to the page, because I went to it once, but I don't remember which thread it was in.  Just trying to help

Oooooooooooook. I asked if you wanted the roms, you said, I dont have an internet connection at home. I said, "If you have an emulator, maybe you could download the roms to a disk (from your then location) and take them home.

Then I (assuming you had a comp but no ISP, I said, "I use Juno. It's $10 a month."

Somehow that got misconstrued into me yelling at you, it's one of the oddest misinterpretations of two simple sentences I have ever seen.

Sorry if you took it that way. And Im sorry that you didnt like my 2k3 roms. Im sure if I would have disguised the old rom in new players and teams, you would still have complained.
