Great little interview with Don Robinson.  Doesn't get much publicity in RBI circles, but The Admiral seemed like a cool player in real life.  And the best hitting pitcher in RBI (smiley)

Please critique my RBIdb page for Robinson, I took ShitPaw's lead and added more detail about the player himself.  My previous player pages are certainly lacking in that regard.  I'm hoping the curve pitch folks check out my analysis on Robinson in RBI, as I'm not too keen on him in that regard.

For the sake of useless information; Orosco, McDowell, Worrell, and Valenzuela also played Major League games in the outfield. Valenzuela also played a game at first base.

Orosco and McDowell did it in the same game, but not at the same time -- July 22, 1986 in an extra-inning game where the Mets were low on players because of ejections stemming from a brawl.

Useless information indeed.

I swear I remember a game in which Lasorda had his pitchers switching between RF and P (a lefty and a righy I think) and I think Fernando was one of the pitchers, but it was so long ago that the details are fuzzy.  I think it was in extra innings.
