I'm thinking Canseco, as the guy can use the whole "clean and sober" bit to get another chance.  He'll be back playing DH and hitting .212 for a 63-99 team soon enough...

All I know is, if half of these guys got back into the league, it'd definitely be with the Devil Rays.
