The Los Angeles Times had an article yesterday featuring a line-up of the all-time best Angels not currently in the Hall of Fame, one person per position. You can read the article here - there are several RBIers mentioned:

- Bob Boone, C
- Bobby Grich, 2B
- Doug DeCinces, 3B
- Don Baylor, OF
- Brian Downing, OF

there are also folks complaining about the lack of Bobby Grich, Dwight Evans, and Willie Randolph.

Shouldn't Blyleven be the pitcher?  Of course, if they're just considering the player's contributions as an Angel...

...then this is the dumbest article ever.

Jim Fregosi for the hall!

when you're hard up you pawn your
intelligence to buy a drink

Buck Rodgers was a very fine manager for the 'spos.

Why isn't reggie on the all time angel team?  82 and 86 count for something?

What Angel 1B is better than joyner?

Reggie Jackson is in the Hall of Fame, and Joyner isn't eligible yet.

Buck Rogers was almost killed when the team bus crashed off the side of a mountain while traveling from New York to Baltimore.

Ironically, the night that this crash happened, the "Seinfeld" episode premiered with Keith Hernandez, where George wonders why no team plane has ever crashed before.
