Just a quick note on another RBI Baseball legend.  I was watching "The Best Dam Sports Show" on Fox Sports Channel and they have Johnnie "Single Sack" Kruk on.  Anyway, on Thursday he predicted the Pats would win the super bowl by a score of 20-17.  This is only further evidence that Johnnie Single Sack is God.  I think he must have some special powers.  Its sort of like in Mallrats, where they have the mindreader with a third nipple.  I figure John Kruk just rubs his one ball and BOOM, he sees the future. At least thats the only logical thing i came up with.

And your reasoning ain't too bad, except that the third nipple was removable in Mallrats.  That would transfer Johnny's power to the now-vanquished nut.  Unless of course he can remove the still-attached nut.  Bad images are suddenly jumping in my head....
