How does one play online

FYI: From what I've heard, FCE Ultra is extremely laggy over the 'net.  MarquisEXB says it works okay on his LAN, though.  I've played Tecmo Super Bowl over a LAN on NESticle, and it was decent but not great - about a half-second delay on any input actually affecting the action on the screen.

Some people have tried RBI over the net and seemed to like it via nesticle.  Anyone agree with that?

i guess ill try to use that because im getting nowhere with FC ultra.  btw do i need to know the address of an opponent?  Is there anything specific i need to know about the connection?   Sorry about the dumb questions but i am a computer moron

To play RBI online, you have to find an opponent over the internet.  It's not like many online games where you can connect to a central server and play from there.  You pretty much have to find an opponent and have both side start FCE Ultra at the same side.  The address is their Internet (IP) address...

I have a suggestion. Just use Jnes 0.5.2. This makes playing online easy, even for a half retarded monkey. Contacted me via e-mail or my Yahoo IM is ESA1500 if you want to get a game on. I can send you the Jnes files and RBI 1,2,3, 2k3 roms if you like. Jnes setup it very, very simple.

long time RBI player here, yea, i really want to set up RBI to play on my computer...... could anyone please help me? i've already tried following the instructions on the website and i couldnt get it to work... i really need like a step by step list of instructions... im retarded.... i'm the pedrique of understanding computers
