I will be hosting a RBI drinking game/tourney and could have up to 10 participents, anybody ever do this with these kind off numbers? Looking for hints on how to organize and set up brackets. Will have at least two systems going maybe three.

Thanks boys.......DeeNee!

you live in boston, right?  (if not, disregard)  is there a pretty good rbi contingency in boston?  i'm planning on moving up there after the summer

I'm not quite sure, I usually force my friends to play it, but if the drinking game is involved they don't object...any reason to get fucked up drunk is a good reason..I guess. Most of my friends are in to the tourneys however. When you get here drop me a pm and I'll let you know about the next upcoming tourney, aslong as you don't mind hanging out with twenty something yearold degenerates.

10 is definitely a record, don't think we've gone over 6 with qualifiers.  Well done!  Mike D and BDawk are near the Boston area, maybe they'll give it a flyer...

They are most definitly welcome I've got no set date as of yet, thinking late October.

Baines

We had a drinking game tourney with around 10 one night.  It pretty much went to hell due to the fact that everybody was doing a considerable amount of drinking on their own aside from the game.  Plus we made it double elimination so it took a long time and some of the mediocre players who probably wouldn't have won just left and went to the bar.

If i remember right we never even declared a true champion because I walked out of the championship after some sort of RBI glitch or mishap (don't remember exactly which one but we've all been there).  I then proceeded to throw a couple half full Keystones down the street and vomit in the bushes.  I refused to play the rest of the game even though I was ahead at the time.  I wanted to consider it a forfeit on my part but i think the consensus was that there was so much drunkenness and disorder involved with the tourney that there wasn't really a winner.

Moral of the story:  When you combine enough alcohol and RBI, everyone's a winner.

Baines may have hit a homer with Baines, yelled Baines and immediately changed into a Baines jersey.

You know who's the best? Baines...
