Between mound and home plate pitching

How many have had this happen.  You go to get a pinch hitter before a pitch is thrown.  Once the hitter is selected, the game places the pitcher between the mound and home plate.  I haven't had this in a long time.

That's the good ol' Mini Pitcher (aka Strass) glitch.  It seems to happen when you press start so quickly after the begninning of an inning/AB that the pitcher isn't shown on the mound when subbing him.  From there, he can end up in a bunch of places.  Check out my gallery here:
