I'm sure a lot of you guys saw this, but who was the last major league starting pitcher who had more wins than walks for the season?

Nacho

Hm.  Tudor?

I know a few years later Cardinals pitcher Bob Tewksburry (spelling?), a Tudor protege, came pretty close but came just short.  Not sure if Tudor is the right answer though.

JoeDirt

Uh yeah--nope.  Not Tudor.  Although I'm happy to see a guess of somebody in RBI (see Rickey Henderson answers in other RBI questions)...

BeefMaster

I'm gonna guess Sutton, because he's old enough to have picked up lots of wins in a season.  I have no idea of his control, though.

We are talking NES, right?

I'm going with Saberhagen too, think he kept his walks quite low...

Damn you Dryden, stealing my (chocolate) thunder!

Dryden

Dude, keep your chocolate thunder in your pants where it belongs.
