It just seems like some people don't like RBI at all. I think my friends wife hates it more than anything.

I tried to show my 12 year old cousin the greatness of it, and he just laughed. "It looks like Atari" he said.

It bothers me when people can't appreciate the greatness of RBI.  Last night one of our friends got pissed and left my house because she wanted to play Mario 3.  Come to think of it, damn near every girl we know is obsessed with Mario 3 and they always want us to take RBI out.  What's up with that?

It's a hard game to explain to people who didn't play it religiously back in it's heyday.  Most people never will understand how great a game ribbie actually is.  It's just so true, the graphics may suck, but the gameplay is by far better than any game that has come out since, especially baseball games.

IMO, every other video game out there eventually gets boring to play...not RBI.  I could play all damn day...the only thing that gets old is the computer sucking so bad...but there are ways around that (2 player games, play with your feet, receive blowjob while playing, etc.)

BTW, nice Atari pic nightwulf....those are some big fuckin' noses.

If people give RBI a fair chance, then it's usualy a dead lock that they'll wind up liking it.  My brother used to be a "hater" for the first few thumpings that I gave him.  He came around, though!

On a side note, are the OBOY comments necessary?  I'm sure that they are meant to be funny, but I find them both confusing and annoying.
