Gladden gets more prominent work

I'm listening to the Twins game on the radio, and they have Dan Gladden doing the play-by-play for the middle innings (he's usually the color man).  He does a decent job, although I still prefer John Gordon.  I prefer Gordon to about everybody, though; he's one of the best in the business.  I use his HR catch phrase, "Touch 'em all, <player>!" whenever I hit a homer with a Twin in RBI.

Weird game, too - Justin Morneau has had two hits that were initially ruled homers but then reversed into a double and a foul ball.  Gardenhire got tossed for arguing after the second one.

Geez, I forgot this game was on, I got to ESPN and see the Sox losing 4-3 in the 7th.  Then they get the 1st 5 guys to reach base in the 7th and can't score until the 6th guy gets a bunt single.   2 caught stealings, pathetic.

Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy are hands down the best play-by-play and color guy.

On the TV side, Steve Stone is the best color guy I've heard, great analysis

I'm a big Steve Stone fan - I first got interested in MLB by watching Cubs games on WGN.  Thom Brenneman (the guy who did play-by-play while Harry drank in the middle innings) was pretty good, too.

Steve Stone has always annoyed me. I'm not sure why - but I never liked the guy.

I thought Matt Vasgersian was great for the couple years he did Brewers games. He was hilarious and, working at MP for a semester, he was hilarious in person too. I'm surprised FSN or ESPN didn't pick him up.

Thom (what's with the fucking H?) talks way too much.  He needs to just shut the fuck up every once in a while.  Plus he gets way off the subject of baseball sometimes.  He does ALL the DBacks games with Mark Grace.
