Whats all this payroll shit about?

It's conveluded, but overly not that complicated.

$150 mil salary cap.
Players in the draft assigned salaries based on the round they were drafted in $16 mil to 1$.
20 player roster cap.
Each player can be signed for up to 4 years, but only 4 drafted players can have the same length of contract ie. 4 players sign for 4 years, 4 players sign for 3 years and so on.

OK, this isn't right, we need to let Bonny use Kingman as an IF (which is actually how he is listed by Bastardo, I think, but not in Azz's list or let Bonny change the Baylor pick to an IF.  I vote we let Kingman be an IF since I think that is what we were all thinking when we picked Baylor for him.

I listed Kingman as an infielder because he played more career games as an infielder, is that how we should do it?  It's close but he played about 100 games more at 1st+3rd than he did in the Outfield and he DH'd alot meaning he wasn't exactly in good enough shape to roam the outfield... ...Either was we won't screw Bonny on this.
