Recap
The winner would move out of a tie for last place.  The score was pretty close for most of the game.  
Boone tied the game at five with a 3-run shot in the 4th, and ROBBY THOMPSON followed it with a solo shot to make it 6-5.  The lead would be short-lived as GJ wisely pinch-hit Madlock for Ryan.  Madlock hit a solo shot to tie it up at 6.  

In the 6th, DeCinces scored what would be the winning run on a two-run homer.
