How does the pinch-hitting work in our league?  Can Dove now put Jones in the starting lineup or is it only done by the computer?  Sorry if I've asked this before.  If it's the former it will greatly affect my picks.

No only the computer can do it.  Pinch hitters are still pinch hitters.  Just like you can't draft 4 starters.
