somebody please help i downloaded a nes emulator on my computer to play rbi baseball . what type of controller do i need to play, i have a logitech usb controller but cannot get it to work. what do i need to do to get this thing working or what type controller do i need if thats the case. i do not want to use the keyboard. thanks for any responses.

In your emulator, see if you can find an "options" menu, or "Options -> Controllers", or something like that.

If you can tell us what emulator you are using, one of us may be familiar enough with it to help you more directly.

i use the keyboard for all my emulation games.  all it takes is practice, folks.  rbi'ing or playing any games like this at work makes the keyboard skills an imperitive.

someone asked what emulator i had and that if they knew maybe they could help. i have the fce ultra. thanks for the help
