no i mean getting the 7 best teams from each league on this rom...so i guess the only thing to do would be getting the team names and logos switched to whatever 7 teams we can all agree upon if anyone knows how to swith them...

the all-star teams can't be changed the same way the rest can(I don't think...)  figure out which teams you want on there and I'll work on it.  I'm starting to figure out how to do this although it is very slow.  there's gotta be a better way...

Changing teams around in this game is a hell of a lot more complicated than it is in RBI. Modifying one single-color 16x8 icon is nothing. Doing the same for larger icons involving color is not.

Maybe someday, but not now.

nightwulf, is this possible without converting the game to another mapper???  is that what the ultrastuffed(?) rom was an attempt at???  So many questions, so few answers.

I know too little about rom hacking too contribute to this, so I'm going to try to finish the Fam Sta ROMS

Uh, it's a ROM dumped from a cartridge. It's not an attempt at anything.

Possible suggestion for the Twins roster: Neshek instead of Rincon as the first reliever (Nathan should still be the other).  Rincon is the more "trusted" guy in the bullpen, but Neshek's been just as good, maybe better, and he's a sidearmer, which is always fun.

Are you going to put Liriano in the Twins' rotation?  I can understand either way, going with playoff rosters or going with primary regular season contributors.  As long as the team doesn't have Castro and Batista, I'll be happy.

done. I'll use any roster suggestions.  Most people know more about their home/favorite teams than I do.  Right now I'm putting the end of season rosters together, I'll wait till the playoffs start to add stats.

You could maybe make an argument for Tyner in LF if you're basing it on the bulk of the season, but if you're attempting to capture playoff teams, I agree that White has to get the start - he's been the regular LF for a couple weeks now, and he'll probably start most of the playoff games.

Actually, I would rather have Lew - his speed outweighs Kubel's hitting - but it seemed when I was writing the post like Kubel gets more playing time, so he'd be a better choice.  I didn't think to actually look it up or anything, and neither of them play all that much these days, although I guess Lew gets some time as a defensive sub.

I honestly forgot that Kubel was from South Dakota... for some reason, he doesn't get nearly as much attention in the news here as NFL and NBA players (Chad Greenway and Mike Miller, especially).

I love how this game has six different stadiums.  It even has Fenway Park!  Playing in the "Field" is kind of weird, because if you hit the ball past either the left-fielder or right-fielder, it's an automatic home run due to the lack of a home run fence.  On the other hand, you could hit a 500 foot bomb, but if it's hit high enough, the fielder will have time to run back to make the catch for the out.

The music is annoying in this game, but it really plays like original (U.S.A.) R.B.I. The players can "dive" or "jump" for balls, which is funny, because the players appear to be suspended in mid-air for seconds at a time.

Multiple stadiums is a great point. More teams and larger rosters is another selling point on Fam Stadium. Keep up the good work on new rosters and hack work.
