I have probably used pedrique 5 times or less in my lifetime

Back in my early days of RBI, my buddy and I never thought to actually pinch hit without a strategic reason for doing so (give us a break, we were 9), so Pedrique got a lot of playing time... I don't recall whether I hit any homers with him, though.

Well, he does play short for the top of the first during home games.

I think I can relate to Pedrique.  I got yanked from a game as I stepped into the batters box too.
