Name That Player/Hall of Shame Entry

This RBI player was the catcher who gave up the stolen base to Rickey Henderson that broke Lou Brock's career record.

I think this merits a Hall of Shame entry, too.

why should giving up a stolen base to the greatest base stealer of all time put someone in the hall of shame?

if they gave up a SB to somebody like Gary Carter, I could understand

Other stolen bases don't merit Hall of Shame entries because I don't know who gave them up - that one was historic.

Shoot, I was thinking of the single season record which happened earlier in his career (pre Nokes)
