2008 Stock Fantasy League Results

My team looks right.

I don't know who is going to win, but I will say that it certainly looks like the Bonds division (Beef, Stock, Ryno and my team) are in the toughest division.

Div. 4 will come down to Gantry and Matt.  I think Gantry's all lefty lineup will prevail.

I can comment on Attez's (speed) team.  I agree that I think he'll come in last place in his division.  I know you can try to Pettis with every player but pop ups will happen a lot.  And what happens if a player is on base?  Force outs will happen, especially when Stock isn't going to hit and run.  It will be fun to find out, but I think it will take Attez's team too long to score runs and will be at the 10 run mercy rule far too often. 

Div. 1 winner= McLane
Div.2 winner= GDavis
Div.3 winner= Beef/Rack/Stock (too tough to call)
Div.4 winner= Gantry

I took those speed guys near the end, but the lack of stealing or hit + run will probably screw me over. Stock, please at least be aggressive on the base paths, stretch out those hits...

if you factor in that i could have taken somone with 850 instead of 750 power (crawford), i think i would come out a lot higher or the rankings, so i'm not really worried about that.

edit: now that i look at it, i would be ranked 2nd in power if i took an 850 guy instead of one 750. if it turns out that carl crawford fucks my team, then so be it.

My team looks prepared to choke in the playoffs, per standard Fantasy RBI protocol.

Ultimate's team looks like the best to me - no 900-power behemoths, but no dead weight in the lineup, either.  Attezz's team would be the most fun to use, though.

Nacho, I fixed Wagner's stats.  I screwed up an inserted Leon Wagners stats incorrectly.

Really?  Collins is a 148.  Maybe I should just have Stock swing freely.

Ichiro and Rollins should definately Pettis-phile, and I guess Robinson should too because he won't be good for much else... I guess give a preference to it for Robinson but I don't expect him to do much so whatever.

Also, will the updated rom be posted at some point?
