two things came to my mind as we were doing the RBI fantasy draft yesterday....first, how on earth did we convince anyone to ever have sex with us? Let alone be willing to engage in a long term relationship.... secondly, is that draft the single most geeky thing we have ever done? Its very, very close...the only thing for me would be my dedicated following of the Harry Potter saga....i cant help it...i just fucking love it...

anyone else have an opinion?
A couple of jesters? In the court of the king! IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE TELLING ME?!?!?!?

That's probably number one, or close, for me. Though when I was a gallery attendant at an art museum, I used to have fake interviews with myself about the All Star baseball fanchise I had built. That's pretty geeky. But if you had any idea how fucking boring that job is, you might understand.

And I honestly couldn't say how I found a female to share her life - and an apartment - with me, given my adolescent hobbies. I'm just very thankful. That's not to say said female won't change her mind if she catches us at either end of a 15 hour RBI binge in two weeks.
"is that fake blood?" "why yes it is."

LOL. Not quite the kind of achievement most women would find attractive, but the accomplishment isn't lost on us. Be happy you're far away from 'Rafael Santana level'. I can't seem to shake it - how many posts does it take? Shouldn't it just take 1? He's that bad.

On topic, I use to do my own play-by-play when playing sports games.  Actually, I still do this, just primarily in my head since there are either people around or I'm playing when my family is asleep.

I maintained a spreadsheet of over 200 simulated TSB seasons and have compiled the results and have full team ratings based on these results.

I'm beginning to feel better about myself... Thanks guys

Just kidding... I have oft thought about keeping stats on the RBI games we play... It might happen for the marathon series....but that Sim record keeping is impressive... Who is the tops?

we've decided there is no way to keep track of the stats correctly without a scribe....M declined the invite to do it...but we will keep pushing her....
