Need some input for roms

I've been working on some new roms in time for the upcoming season, and I've finished the first couple, but Id like to know if anybody would be willing to try them out and tell me how they play for you.

The last time I made roms, it was suggested that I make pitchers pitching speed more accurate, and I think I've done that here, but Im not sure how it has translated into the gameplay. Any help would be appreciated.
