the oc defeated the galactic empire 10-8

this was a pitchers duel with about 6 double plays and a total of 10 scoreless half-innings.

I ran a GE / PBR as well.  The empire's rotation got out of whack and the Ribbons took advantage.

Spilman sucked ass --- 0 fer.  

Gibson hit 3 bombs with 7 RBI
Canseco hit 3 bombs with 1 RBI

I forget the other homers.


Teufel had some clutch hits, including the go head 2 RBI double.


The ninth looked to be easy with the Ribbons holding a nice 4 run lead and a full powered Righetti on the bump.   The 8 and 9 hitters went down with ease.  Then Trammell homered. . . . followed by a hit by the next guy and a double by mattingly.
